When looking at stock trading theories, there is a wide range from which to choose. Some of these theories are complete opposites of each other, yet they both can produce positive results. While some would argue that this proves that no theory is sound, the basic principle is that if enough people follow a particular method of investing, then their decisions to buy and sell will shape how the market works.
